  • 14% of the population lives on $1.90 per day 

  • 24% of the population is illiterate 

  • Severe Environmental Issues: drought seasons, cyclones, flooding and famine, water borne disease, deforestation and soil degradation

Service Projects

The FKSI supported and accredited schools in Bangladesh educate more than 4,000 students from Kindergarten through College.

Dormitory facilities provide daily room and board for over 550 boys and girls.
